This started out for me so I used a size US6 to cast on. Followed pattern and went to US7 after ribbing. Knit only to about 7 inches before decrease because my husband wanted the hat and wanted to wear it under his bike helmet, so no slouch.

Finished today. Really like the yarn even though I wasn’t in love with it before I started working with it. I like the 1 ply roving type stuff, it looks cool knit up. It is very soft and the color is great. Fits perfectly. A success!
