I wanted a dinosaur for Dilly Dino to play with and got inspired by what I saw on ravelry…but most of these patterns were knit flat. I just can’t make myself sew up a toy. No my DNA just won’t let me. Once you have tasted knitting in the round, you will never go back.

I am starting Brady the Brachiosaurus. I especially liked the pocket on “Diplodocus” so I’m thinking a pocket, of course that is knit, would be awesome.

Brady’s head has turned out good.

I have decided Brady is Bashful. His body needs to be re-started. I got some flexible curlers to give his neck shape.

Started body again and it’s turning out better this time.

Brady’s body is done and it turned out good. He is still shy and he jumped in my purse while I was taking pictures.

Well Brady is done. I will get some pictures in and write up the pattern and get it out there. He is still kind shy but he sure loves to play

As I was getting the pattern together Brady decided he needed a friend to be with him. So I’m knitting Grady, he’s a solid guy and not a bit shy. A perfect friend!
