Notes

This was a fun knit! I had to start over once because I was systematically dropping the second purl on the WS rows every so often, and kept ending up one stitch short. When I tried to fix it I ended up with holes, so I started over. For take 2 I cast on 38 stitches to make it a little wider. I also did the sl1, k1, yo, psso2 version on the RS rows - much easier. Cast off using the p2tog method that many people recommended.

Ended up having to use 2 skeins. There was definitely a difference in colour saturation (different dye lots, unfortunately), but the pattern hides it fairly well. And it’s a scarf, so it shouldn’t be too noticeable.

I LOVE the colours in this yarn, and the pattern shows it off so well. I can’t wait to knit one for myself! :)

Edited to add: I was honoured to be asked by Antonio of Malabrigo to put up one of my pics on their site. I couldn’t believe it!

Here is the link (as of May 1, 2011, anyway, not sure how long it’ll be up there…)
