I stopped working on this scarf since I didn’t like the brown pooling. I really like the feel of the yarn and I love the pattern but I just don’t like the brown splotches.

I am going to try working from two skeins at once and see how that goes. Hopefully that will break up the pooling.

UPDATE: 12/17/2010

I had to frog this whole project. I had gotten a little further than the photo and then I knitted the wrong side twice and this scarf is just a disaster to tink back. So, as I was tinking, I messed up several stitches and just couldn’t get it right again. I ended up frogging the whole thing and now I’ll make a drop stitch scarf with it.

I would have tried harder to save the project had I loved the way the scarf was coming out, but I just didn’t and had been thinking of taking it out anyway.

Hopefully the drop stitch pattern will go better with this particular skein.
