Started on double points with a little help from a friend! Switched to circulars at about 24 stitches.

Yarn is from a friend who lives in China so I have no name. It is a bulky wool.

Left the stitch markers in for the welt so I could better keep track of my #’s for picking up.

I had a lot of yarn left so I kept doing k1p1 for several rows. Pattern calls for 2 rows, but I just kept going for a while.

BO with size 13.

I felted this in a front loader washing machine. Put it in a zippered pillow case and threw it in with a couple towels. Washed it on speed wash, light (soiled) with hot water and a tiny bit of detergent, no spin. Did this three times and let it spin on low the last time. Trying to decide if I want to do it another time or not.
