I have looked at this pattern for a while and am finally trying it out in a lace class. Very excited about this project. Love the pattern and the yarn!

UPDATE:

I started working on this again on March 1 2012. Once I realized the basic meat of the pattern was yo, k1, yo, sl1, k2tog, psso I flew through this project. I don’t know if I’ve gotten better at knitting or if I just got the gist this time around. Either way, I finished the long snoozing project and it is now blocking. I will also add here, that I do NOT like getting those tiny blocking wires into the yarn. Great finished product, but not fun getting it there.
