11/7/2015 I have no plans to bind off the live stitches and then pick them back up again as the pattern instructs.

I did a purl row on the live stitches and the stitches I picked up from the neck edge. Used a bell ruffle. This yarn is a light fingering so it didn’t require the structure you’d get from binding off and picking up.
