Notes

04/17/08 - SUCCESS! I’m knitting lace and it actually looks like it’s meant to! I rule!
It’s coming along very quickly and I can actually watch TV a bit while knitting it. I was afraid I was going to have to knit it under a strong light with no sounds around me.
The pattern is so well written and easy to follow. I really appreciate that the pattern is both written out and charted. (I’m not a chart reader and I was not too keen about the idea of writing it all out.)

4/28/08 - Still moving along, albeit a bit slowly. I took a break to knit Justin’s hat and took a few complete days off knitting. (I know! Crazy!)

04/30/08 - FINALLY started second ball tonight. I was hoping that maybe the first ball would be long enough for the whole thing, but it’s not. I don’t know if I really want to knit the entire second ball or not… I guess the point is to knit it up and use it.

05/02/08 - Almost done. I should even have enough of the yarn left to make a pair of Fetching! :)

05/03/08 - Just cast off. I’ll block it tomorrow and mail it off soon! I really like it. I ended up doing 24 repeats. I didn’t want to make it too long since Wilmington isn’t all that cold.
