Notes

1/26/09 - Seamed and ready to wear! The seaming only took a few minutes, mostly because with the large, lacy stitches, the easiest option was a simple whip stitch on the inside. I love the way this looks and fits!

1/17/09 - Knitting complete. The pattern was extremely simple--cast on 76 sts and knit until the shrug covered me from wrist to wrist with arms at my side. I actually opted to stop a little short of having the shrug hit me where a shirt would. Since this shrug was originally designed for wear at my LYS on Knit Nights (and days), where the A/C tends to be turned up a little high for me, I wanted something that wasn’t going to tangle in my needles as I knit. Now I just have to seam it up.
