I used this pattern for the head. Instead of doing the eyes as three separate pieces I just made one with color changes. I did the same with the ears.

The blanket I made myself. I just did a standard 14x14 granny with the last row being a reverse single.

I used a 4.25mm on the head and a 5.5mm on the blanket
