this is my first “proper” knitted hat. This pattern was a great way to understand knitting hats in the round. i had always knitted hats flat before, and sometimes they would turn out and sometimes they would not. I tried to gradate the color from a darker gray to white, i think that it worked fairly well using the four different yarns. I don’t think that i will ever take this hat off, i may be biased, but it is the perfect hat!
