Notes

This is all scrap yarn that’s been sitting in my stash. Instead of going with a solid colour I’ve decided to switch it up with a bit of fair isle and striping. It’s looking really good; about 50% done, maybe a bit more. I’ll post pictures soon.

The Fairisle is looking really good. I’ve finished the body of the bag and just need to do the decreases and the bottom. I’ll try to use up all my white but if I run out I’ll finish in orange. It’s super soft and super pretty, I think. I’m looking forward to weaving in ends and finishing it up.

The fairisle pattern I used is from Three Tams Inspired Fingerless Mittens, only with more colours.

Finished this morning before noon, wove in all the ends. The owls look really good without actual blocking but I might still block it, anyway. We’ll see. Super soft, super cute, and I love it with the fairisle. I think it gives it that extra little pop. I hope Russell will enjoy it.
