Cast these on today since I finished my sweater and haven’t had a good sock to work on for ages. I’ve had Aquaphobia Socks cast on for over a year but it just isn’t a fun pattern.

SO, here are some tadpoles for me. In pink. I’m going to do the lace pattern for the half cuff as the pattern calls for.

Casting on 72 instead of 64 and adding to the lace pattern. (start with k 11 instead of k 9)

Heel flap: slip stitch heel flap with 18 rows instead of 16.

Turn heel: knit 19 instead of 17 and continue with the turn as usual until the remaining number of stitches on the needle is 20.

Updates on progress:

I had cast on 64 and had 3/6 of the reps knit when I decided to try the sock on. It was too small to fit over my heal so I ripped out the whole sock and cast on 72 instead. Looks like this will have a lot more room than the 64 stitch cast on.
