Toe Up on two 2 mm circular needles
Gusset Toe to 76 sts
Instep 7 5/8” before starting the gusset
Mini-flap and gusset (6 sts) short row heel
2.25 mm needles above heel
12 rounds of 2 X 2 ribbing

I chose to work the cabled columns 3 sts in from each end of the instep needle. Once above the heel, will do the same on the needle for the back of the leg.
