This sweater pattern, designed for an 18” doll, was fairly easy to adapt for Bitty Baby. The armholes need to be enlarged to a 3.5 inch opening from the underarm to the shoulder seam. Consequently, the sleeves will need more stitches to be large enough to fit into the armholes -- approximately 43 stitches will work. The buttonholes also need to be adjusted slightly.
