Take 3:
making one sock for H. Hammersen as a sample. Third time/yarn is the charm! liking this pattern a lot! originally started July 13 2011.
Take 2: settling on different yarn for this pattern. TH votes for dark green out of the choices I gave him….but now I’m leaning towards some really dark yarn I have called black magic woman. the design on the front of these socks makes me think of magic.
started working on these and they didnt look great and I was not pleased at all and wondered if I’d screwed up somehow and then I realized that the way I was magic looping, I was looking at the wrongside of the work! whoop! the pattern is cool. :-) I’ll keep going :-)….ok, now I’m second guessing whether this color looks good with this pattern, I think it would look better in a lighter color or solid.hmmm.

Take 1: need to go up a size in needles. gonna try 2.5. started over with 2.5mm with Schaeffer Anne yarn.
read the part of the book on resizing.frogging again - realized this is LIGHT fingering weight and now must decide what to do next.
