The thumb gusset on these mitts is SO COMFY, I think it’s the best gusset ever! I need to learn how to modify it for other weights and stitch numbers so I can use it on everything :)

03.13.12 - Also knit a few extra rows on the thumb, knit 9 rows total of knit, then 5 of ribbing.

03.13.12 - Decided to knit an extra few rows before the gusset for a total of 40.

03.13.12 - Hmm, I’m at the point in the instructions where I’m supposed to start the thumb gusset, but my mitt doesn’t seem like it will be as long as the sample. I want long!
