HELP ME!

092309 - I didn’t realize when I started to think about ripping this out to use for something different, how much of the sweater I’d completed. This should be a slightly over-sized sweater, but it’s quite form fitting. It’s lovely, but I really can’t decide whether to keep going or to rip it out! Ack! Please if you read this can you give me any advice in a comment!? Thanks!

The portion on the front of the dummy is actually the back of the sweater!

RAVELLENIC GAMES 2012

Day 1 (072712) - just about finished the back.

Day 2 (072812) - started working front (above armholes). A couple of inches left before neck shaping.

Day 3 (072912) - almost reached the neck on the front and had to rip back a few rows. :/

Day 4 (073012) - Finished one side of front neckline and joined front and back shoulder using 3-needle BO with RS tog. Almost finished with the other side, but had to rip back because I did too many decreases. :/

Day 5 (073112) - Finished the front and joined the second shoulder… Now for sleeves.

Day 6 (080112) - Picked up sts at armhole for 1st sleeve, and started working on that sleeve.

Days 7-11 - 1st Sleeve.

Day 12? (080712) - Still working on the 1st sleeve. I’ve made a few mistakes and had to rip back once or twice. If I have to stay up really late, I plan to finish it tonight!

Day 13 (080812) - I did successfully finish the 1st sleeve last night (early this a.m.), and I started the neck edging, since it kept falling off the stitch holders as I wrestled it around to work on the sleeve.

Finished neck, & picked-up sts for 2nd sleeve.

081212 - I’ve lost track of how many days it’s been!
1:20 p.m. MST: Finished knitting!!
2:10 p.m. MST: Finished sewing in ends!!
2:15 p.m. MST: Photo taken on dressmaker’s dummy.
2:25 p.m. MST: Blocking and photo taken on blocking board.
2:30 p.m. MST: Photos loaded onto computer, cropped, watermarked and uploaded to Flicker!!
