I’ve been wanting to knit this for a very long time- and here it finally is! I used Knit Pick’s bamboo yarn, which is soft, with good stitch definition and a little bit of a halo and a lot of shine. It grew by about 12 inches when I blocked it, which was a welcome surprise. The pattern is very clever, and was fun and easy to follow. The picked up lace around the edge of the garter stitch portion is a little tight, but not in a way that impacts the shawl at all- you can’t tell unless you’re looking for it. Overall, I love it! It’s exactly what I’d hoped.
