Been saving this yarn for a special scarf or cowl, and this is it.

Beads: 6/0 Gold Luster over Red from earthfaire.
Button: random vintage from my small button stash; I’ve tried it on some other projects, but it didn’t work until now.

Loved everything about this project: design, materials, end result.

I’m going to block the edging a bit to open up the lace and show off the beads.

Used all but 70 yards of the yarn. Not enough for the matching mitts, but probably enough for some small wrister warmers.
