4/7 Too much contrast between the peachy-pink of the border and the ivory yarn I first chose for the body. Rummaged in the sock yarn bins and found this vintage Sundara yarn in a beautiful tonal greyish-purple that is a much better match in terms of both color and texture.

4/8 Interesting two-part construction made this a fun piece to work. The border is worked back and forth to form a long strip. The body is worked by fastening on to the border in the center and working short rows back and forth to create the crescent shape.
