On 40 st. I can make a pair in two or three days!

And, have made lots more for other people. Varying my tension on 40 st made a small, medium, and large for Sal, Henry, and Dan. For Marcos’s size 11 feet (gray socks), I worked them on 44 stitches and made the foot a bit longer.

(I worked “D” and “H” into the toes of Dan and Henry’s socks with duplicate stitch and fine white yarn so I could tell them apart when washing.)

For Kirsten’s dainty feet, I worked on 36 stitches and made them even shorter. (No photo of these, but they’re grey and red like the the ones I made for Marcos).

I was able to make a total of seven pairs of socks out of the eight skeins of Tuffy that I bought.
