Made these Jayne Cobb hats as Christmas presents for my sister and her husband. Kirsten’s head is normal-size and Marcos’s is HUGE. I cast on 52 st for Kirsten’s hat, and 64 for Marcos’s.

My gauge was a bit different from the patterns, so I kinda winged it, following the general proportions.

It took exactly one 85g skein of Pumpkin, a bit over half a skein of Ranch Red, and about 1.5 skeins of Goldenrod. The Lion Wool was nice to work with. Ordinarily I would have bought WotA from Knitpicks, but they were out of stock on some of these colors till the end of December. I was glad to find nice real wool at a local shop, and when I had to go back for a second skein of Goldenrod, I was able to match the dye lot!
