80 grams of Gloss Heavy-weight

CO 40, work in 4-st, 6-row basketweave for about 18 inches, then a row of buttonholes, then one more pattern repeat.

Buttons are hand-made out of Shrinkydink plastic.

The knitting is actually a rectangle, but I eased out one edge and eased in the other when blocking for a more graceful shape.
