Cast on 56 stitches on 2.75 mm socks.
Will do k2 p2 rib for 1 inch (10 rounds)
Will do stockinette for 1 inch (10 rounds)
Then turn heel in contrasting yarn

After all heel gusset decreases are done, knit 40 rows and then switch to contrasting yarn to finish toe.

Drat. Got 2 balls of yarn in unmatched dye lots. Will see if I can squeeze a short pair of socks out of one ball!
