Notes

I just winged this one. Made it in about an hour. Turned out cute.

Used a small Dixie cup to line the inside. Cut about 1 inch of the top off of the paper cup, and then line with Easter grass before filling with jelly beans. You don’t really have to do this, but it keeps the basket from getting sticky with candy.
