Notes

Nemesis needs a good, vigorous blocking and I believe that a.) it will open the lacework more, b.)it will get bigger, and c.)… uh, well I don’t have another reason.

07/27/13 Oh, thank the universe, I’m done!! Woohoo! Admittedly, it is smaller than I was expecting/hoping but it is still beautiful. And I love the beads! I just need to get a picture of it now that it is blocked.

10/24 - I am on take 4 on this shawl. After sucking it up and putting in a lifeline, things are going easier. I’m on the third repeat of chart A and I hope to be on chart B by tonight.

10/21 - ARRRRGH!!! Frogged because I dropped a stitch and didn’t notice for a looong time. I cast it right back on…and put a life line in. :/

I have found that knitting lace/shawls is highly addictive which is sort of a shame since I don’t really often wear shawls. This pattern is beautiful and knits easily but it really isn’t TV knitting if you are watching something compelling. I rated it a medium difficulty not because it is hard but because you need to pay attention.
