1-28-12 - I am getting ready to swatch for this project. But I am stubbornly holding off until I finish my Chompa. Must…not…succumb.

2-5-12 I ran out of yarn for my Revontuli so it appears that I’ll be swatching for this very very soon.

3-1-12 Cast on. Already confused but it is a super minor confusion that I’ve emailed the company for clarification. :)

3-6-12 I’m rocking on this. I’m almost to the point where you put the sleeves on waste yarn and continue on with the body.

4-9-12 Now that I’m doing the KAL, this is sort of on the back burner. I’m working on it. Just not quickly…

P.s. I just wanted to add that I am only listing this as a medium difficulty because you do need to know decreases, increases, picking up stitches, and how to cable. NONE of it is hard. You just have to do it.

9-13-12 Still working on this but it has really not been the first thing I pick up because of the sock KAL I’m running on Fiber and Fabric podcast. However, I have most of one sleeve now done so I’m getting there. Slow and steady, right??

P.P.S. I LOVE this yarn. I LOVE this colorway. I LOVE this pattern. I do not LOVE this yarn in this colorway knit into this pattern. Just saying. If I should knit this again (and I believe that I just might), I will pick more of a tonal yarn to do it.
