Obviously not a cardigan! But I did use the lace pattern.

When I moved recently, my whole yarn and pattern stash went into boxes for unpacking at a later date. All I had was interweave knits fall 2011. So I bought some cheap cotton and made a tablecloth using the dahlia cardigan centre pattern. Fun to knit, and easy too. And it goes perfectly with the charcoal linen table cloth that I bought at Le Bon Marche almost a year ago to the day.
