Trying my hand at making a Christening outfit. Thought they were cute. I have 2 skeins of 350yds of this thread and it is no longer made so I’ll be making the short dress. If I don’t have enough I’ll probably leave the sleeves off. I actually found a skein of lt peach and did the last pattern of the dress and the last pattern of the sleeves in it. You really can barely tell it is lighter. I skipped the 1st eyelet row and changed the 2nd eyelet row to trc to accommodate 1/4” ribbon. The pattern calls for 1/8” Changed the ribbon color to brown sets off the peach well. Turned out adorable now I need a recipient.

8/20/11 Gifted to Molly, childrens librarian who is having a baby girl in 12 weeks. Will post pictures when baby arrives.
