cast on during Spin City meet up focused on socks.

Not sure this is the right yarn for the pattern. Or maybe I need to go down a needle. Despite these misgivings, I knit on. Am I stupid? Stubborn?
10/28: Turned heel, starting gussets on sock 1.
11/5 - Sock #1 DONE.
December - started the second sock, realized it was much tighter than the first so ripped it out and started again. Better now.

Here are my modifications: I used a cable cast on and did 12 pattern repeats in the leg. During the gusset section I made 2 rows of plain knit between the decreases at 21 and 20. 11 pattern repeats in the foot = total 23 pattern repeats.

Early 2011 - blew a hole in the heel fairly quickly, this yarn does not hold up.
