This cowl was an easy knit. The double garter stitch is a simple technique. I recommend using interchangeable needles with the appropriate size on the working needle and a smaller size on the needle holding the stitches waiting to be worked. The piece was a test knit for Holli Yeoh and appears in the book Garter Stitch Revival.
