I have started knitting this shawlette as a response to a horrible act of barbarism that took lives of 5 people and forever changed many more.
I desperately needed something to help me feel joyful and so I pulled out the happiest skein of I yarn I have from my stash.
It took me two tries to figure out how I wanted to knit this shawlette, then, when I had been more than half done I realized that I had a skein of similarly colored yarn from the same company. The only difference was that the second skein had no orange in it.
So, yes, I ripped back and now knitting it again, switching the yarns every repeat.
