Notes

07.26.08 - COMPLETE!!! I just need to block…
• I knit 33 pattern repeats and used less than 3 skeins of the cotton-ease. (19,431 sts; not counting picot edging)
07.20.08 - 26 pattern repeats complete (15,102 sts); 94% complete
• I am debating about continuing beyond 27 repeats of the pattern - I may repeat 30 times. (If that’s the case, my percent complete would change to only 85% complete).
• The 2nd skein got me through about 138 rows of the lace pattern.
07.17.08 - 12+ pattern repeats complete (7,555 sts); 47% complete
• I also completed the picot edging at the cast on edge. The extra yarn I kept at the co for the picot edge was beginning to split so I decided to just knit the picot edging now rather than waiting until the end. Unzipping the provisional co was fairly uneventful! Yea!!!
• One skein of the cotton-ease got me through 12 pattern repeats, the first 6 garter stitch rows and the beginning picot edge. If I follow the pattern and go with only 27 pattern repeats, I will only need 3 skeins of the cotton-ease. (I had planned on 4).
07.14.08 - almost a month of no knitting (aghhhhh)!!! I finally picked up the needles again…
06.19.08 - 2+ pattern repeats complete (1,716 sts)
06.18.08 - 1 pattern repeat complete (10 rows)
06.17.08 - provisional co & 6 garter stitch rows complete
