This is an EXTREMELY simple pattern that makes a fun round blanket. I think the pattern calls for a dk or worsted weight yarn, but it can be done with pretty much any weight yarn and complementary needle size.

I purchased 6 balls of yarn, but I’m hoping it’s large enough with 4 so that I can make socks out of the extra two…I love the color!
