Notes

Latin: “god out of the machine”
A plot device whereby a seemingly unsolvable problem is suddenly and abruptly solved with the contrived and unexpected intervention of some new event, character, ability, or object…
…such as your friends deciding to help you manufacture more puffs so your never-ending blanket can be finished, as well as all the kind knitters in your life gifting you the “extra” yarn they have lying about for puff-creating.

5/6 - I’ve done my part to contribute :o)
I managed to make 3 hexipuffs out of the Louet Gems, and then a 4th one that was striped with the Shelridge Farm. The Shelridge Farm skein, which was slightly bigger than a single skein, just by a few grams, gave me 21 puffs with just a smidgen of yarn left over. At some point, I’ll probably make myself another scrappy scarf and, since those are Megan’s go-to projects, I’ll put in the little bit of this as her honorary stripe.
