I’ve been meaning to cast on for this for about a week now for the afghan for Bonnie’s dad. I liked the pattern as soon as I saw it - simple but really lovely looking. Tonight, I was leaving the office when one of my clients called to cancel, giving me a few free hours. I nearly finished it before I left for my second family of the night, then completed it when I got home. I’m done for the evening, I’ve decided. I’m really tired, feel like I’m coming down with something, and hate that it’s only the beginning of the week. Do I have paperwork that needs to be done? Of course. But it can wait till morning because tonight, I managed to cast on and off for a project.
