My daughter gave me a collection of her WIPs she doesn’t have time to finish. She didn’t remember the name of the yarn and wants to keep the pattern simple to showcase the colors. I decided to make this into a bandana style cowl.
After increasing the triangle to appropriate size, join in the round after an increase row.
Round 1: k to center st, yo, k1, yo, k to end
Round 2: K1, k2tog, k to center st, yo, k1, yo, k to last 3 sts, ssk, k1
Repeat these two rounds to desired length then knit garter stitch border to prevent rolling edges
