CO enough sts to fill a 60” cable. I didn’t count the sts — only confirmed it was an even number as needed for the stitch pattern.

August 25, 2011: Halleluia, it’s done! Sooooo many ends to weave in. I’ll remember that next time, maybe do fewer colours. Will use Fray-Check to help secure the ends of the ends.

The linen stitch makes a lovely, dense fabric — fabulous for a blanket!
