This was a little scarf I did last fall, and I gave it to Shelley after Christmas, at the same time I finished the bright red socks for her wonderful husband. She loves small necky things like this, and I loved these colors for her. This is my handspun from Liza Souza, absolutely gorgeous BFL top, given to me by Rogueknitter. I spun it into a 2-ply approximately DK weight, and used very little of it for this scarf.

I changed the pattern somewhat, of course, as the photo in the book didn’t really look like the directions to me. I added a bit of i-cord between leaves and changed the beginning of the leaves somewhat. It’s essentially the same. I added some small beads on the end.

It was made and given with much love.
