Swatching on size 4’s. May have to go down to a size 3

This is definitely not my style of sweater, but I want to make this for Moo because I’ve been promising to make her a sweater for years. This means that I will also eventually have to make a sweater for my other sister, to be fair haha. I am digging myself a hole

My gauge is a teensy bit off, but I’m not too worried about it because it is supposed to a loose, flowy sweater.

Added a 13 st lace panel up the sides, and plan to add to shoulders. Molly picked it out from a stitch dictionary. It’s really helping break up the monotony and I’ve already gotten through 2 skeins of yarn!

2/16: Lightly blocking this to see how much more I need to knit until the sleeves. Unblocked it is 10 in long so far, but blocked it is 12 in long, so I am going to see how long it is after it is dry and go from there.

This yarn has a VERY funky smell when wet, which I am hoping is just because of the dyeing/bleaching process and not something gross in the yarn itself. :/

3/25 I set this down for a while so that I could get some other projects done, but I am going to pick it up soon. I just have soo little time for knitting lately and it SUCKS
