5/26 - About 9.5 inches done, on the front which means I have to knit 5 more inches before I can get to the interesting part. Stockinette is hooding!
I added one more decrease and then once I got to the increase repeat I increased the first time as directed, increased on the sixth town twice, and then increased on the 8th row to get back on track with the pattern.
This yarn is gorgeous, but very hard on the hands, and shows tension changes like crazy. Hopefully blocking will fix that
6/23: Finally finished the back half of this tank yesterday. Now to start the front…sigh
7/6: So close to being done! I am halfway done with the last half of the front and I ran out of yarn!! I only need about a quarter of a ball. WHYYY!??
8/3: I finished this a while ago, but I forgot to mention- I modified the lace sections, purling on wrong side rows and doing lace on right side rows so that it is twice as long as the pattern calls for. This meant that I had to incorporate the neck shaping into the lace, which was easy but required a little fiddling.

8/15: This yarn stretches and pills like crazy after being washed- even hand washed. The shell is very soft and comfy, but begins to look sloppy before long. I am not impressed.
9/1/14: unfortunately I was only able to wear this once this summer because it has stretched to the point of being almost unwearable. I would definitely never use this yarn again
