Notes

13 May 2011: The group at Urban Yarns is doing a Jared Flood knit-along over two months, and somehow last night I committed to knitting this for it. There isn’t a chance in hell I’ll get it done in two months, given I’ve been working on a simple baby sweater for that length of time already. But who cares, right?

18 May 2011: Nine repeats of the edging done. Thankfully, I’ve gotten into more of a groove doing the lace on both sides – the ssks were very slow-going in the beginning. Still, I’m going to have to get a LOT speedier if I’m going to finish this year, let alone in two months.

You can sort of see in the photo, I poached Scandina-vie’s idea to colour-code the chart so all the blue decreases are k2tog and all the reds are ssk, regardless of whether I’m working a right- or a wrong-side row.
