Notes

Cast on 26 stitches with Judy’s Magic Cast on using size 6 needles.

Knit around (magic loop) until only about half an inch of the kindle or other e-reader device shows.

Two rounds of k2p2 ribbing in size 6 needle, then switched to size 4 and did 5 more rows of ribbing.

Finished with Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind off.

This was, of course, a hugely easy project. I just got my new kindle yesterday and I adore it and decided to knit it a sweater this morning as a token of my affection. It fits like a glove (at 5.5 stitches per inch) and my kindle is very happy that it will not have to worry about getting scratched in my purse.

This can easily be modified to be more interesting, but I wanted a quick knit and this hit the mark.
