I used one of my favourite stitch patterns but unlike in this design of mine the sleeve is a classical set-in sleeve with cap. After washing and blocking the yarn stretches somewhat, so I could have added less stitches for underarms but this is not critical, I hope. As for the length, I ripped 0.5 pattern repeat in the height.
