1/19 Back has been frogged and I’m casting on for take 2. Thank goodness I wrote notes here about what needle size I used for this sweater.
9/15 Finished the front pieces. I’m going to take a break from this project to get a jump start on some Christmas presents.
7/8 Finished the back, but misread the pattern so the lace section is off center. Probably will end up ripping it out and reknitting it.
6/4 Took a break to work on some Father’s Day socks. Have cast on for the back. Decided to follow the pattern and knit the back and two fronts as separate pieces.
5/14 Finished the second sleeve.
4/2 Finished first sleeve and started the second. Still using the tiny needles, but am getting gauge and everything looks great.
3/4 Just cast on for the first sleeve this week. Can’t wait to see this sweater come together. A bit nervous that I’m going down three needle size from what the pattern calls for (I’m using size US2) but I’m getting accurate gauge.
