I’m knitting with 8s instead of 7s because I don’t have 7s and I’m impatient. And I’m assuming that since everything I make comes out too small this will work out. Off to a rough start, already ripped it out and started over :)

Got to row 57 and realized I was only increasing on one side of each marker. I was wondering how that was going to work out but decided not to reread the directions until row fifty-effing-seven. Ripped it out by rewinding the ball. Back to row 45 right now. siiiiigh

left 8 rows off the bottom of the pattern (got to row 41 instead of 49 before switching to the rib) and while slightly loose, perfect for my 11yo.
