Pleased with this project. I used some pale blue crochet thread (not cotton) and the beads will not go all the same way, but I like the informality of it. It is very subtle and tricky to photograph.

Now that I have aquired all these lovely beads from mbonan9’s Etsy shop, I am waiting for some hand dyed silk thread to arrive to make some more of these.

The second one, worn as a bracelet, is in hand dyed silk from thethredfairy shop on Ebay UK, with ivory and pearl beads again from mbonan9’s Etsy shop.
