My dear friend and comrade in arms, Tara, asked for a handmade hat for her christmas present and I was happy to oblige her.
This yarn was AMAZING! Merino wool, super soft and easy to work. It was bulky enough to knit the whole hat in two evenings.
I was initially going to do a flower on the brim, but in the yarn store saw these beautiful bright silver textured buttons and knew they’d be perfect.
