10-16-2012: Just started, and I’m already stuck. This pattern is kind of confusing when it comes to the short rows and the stitch pattern, and how they go together…

10-17-2012: Studied the chart, the instructions, and the pattern tips, and put them all together into a simple-to-follow written pattern. The yoke makes much more sense to me now.

2-18-2013: This sat for a long time while I worked on other things. The body was easier than the yoke, but still the pattern seemed far more complicated than it needed to be. I’ll be blogging my rewrites, in case anyone else would prefer to see it another way, too.
